Preparing Walls For Painting
Apple Property Maintenance takes extra care in protecting your textiles and light fixtures when preparing to paint. For example a kitchen may have grease on the walls; we will use a degreaser to remove it first before painting. If we find mould present we will use the necessary means to treat and remove it before we start to paint. We will then give your entire wall a sanding, smoothing out any flaws and then apply a high quality primer suitable to the surface. If it is an outdoor wall we will clean it using a power washer.
